Biografia:
O Ghost é uma banda de Heavy/Doom Metal, oriunda da Suécia, em 2008. O conjunto tem como membros Papa Emeritus no vocal e Nameless Ghouls que toca todos os instrumentos.
O visual e a temática abordada em suas composições é bastante sinistra e aterrorizadora. Podemos dizer que o Ghost é uma fusão de Mercyful Fate e do Candlemass, o que dá uma dimensão da sonoridade e do quanto a banda é foda.
Ninguém sabe as identidades dos músicos, mas acreditam que Papa Emeritus é Tobias Forge, vocalista das bandas Subvision e Repugnant e ex-guitarrista do Crashdiet, sendo creditado como Mary Goore, nas duas últimas. Outros dizem que o Ghost é um projeto formado pelo Candlemass e o Repugnant, sendo que nenhuma dessas versões foi confirmada.
Impossível não se surpreender com Opus Eponymous, que foi merecidamente reconhecido como um dos melhores de 2010.
